Here is the Russian Job Application Process for Bangladeshi: Interested candidates can apply through BOSEL by filling in one copy of their resume, experience certificate, color copy of their passport, and other information in English.

• Age Limit: Below 35 years.
• Working hours: 8 hours per day
• Total Posts: A total of 961 people will be recruited for 11 category posts.
• Salary: Salary varies for each post. The estimated monthly minimum salary is 46 thousand taka and the maximum is 65 thousand taka.

Application Fee: Selected candidates have to pay a service charge prescribed by Boesel of 70 thousand for the 1st to 10th post and 56 thousand for the 11th post, a medical fee of 2000 taka, a visa stamping fee of 9 thousand 800 taka, and other fees as per rules. However, Boesel does not have to pay any fee until the staff is finally selected.

Common Information About Russian Employment Visa

1. Visa processing time starts only after submitting all required documents and payment of a visa fee.
2. The decision regarding the issuing of a visa is taken only after an individual interview with the applicant, who must come personally.
3. Visa processing time can be 4-20 working days (regular basis) or 1-3 working days (urgent basis). Holidays and day-offs are not included. The visa processing fee is not refundable even in case of refusal.

For obtaining an Employment visa the following documents are to be submitted:

• a) Duly filled-in Visa Application Form (You should fill it here: https://visa.kdmid.ru/). Incomplete forms are not accepted.
• b) One professional passport-sized photo (3,5 x 4,5 cm). The photo should be glued (not stapled or attached using adhesive tape) to the specially marked place of the application form.
• c)  Duly filled-in Questionnaire (You can download it here https://bangladesh.mid.ru/samples-and-forms)
• d) Original Invitation issued by the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation.
• e) Letter of guarantee from an employer, which should include: the full name of the host organization, its official address and contact information, the surname, first name, patronymic, and position of the person who signed the statement, and basic information regarding the visa applicant: the surname, first name, other names, date of birth, citizenship, sex, passport number, requested period of entry, location of intended residence of the visa applicant, position and place of work.
• f) Valid Passport and Photocopy of its first two pages. The passport should be valid at least for 16 months from the date of issuing the visa with two empty (without any stamps, messages, etc.) pages facing each other.
• g)  HIV Free certificate that is valid for 3 months only (HIV blood test should be taken not earlier than 3 months before applying for a visa).
• j)  Confirmation of payment of visa fee.

2. Employment contract 1 year, but renewable.
3. Apprenticeship period is 3 months.
4. Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (overtime as per company rules).
5. Accommodation with necessary furniture and transportation to the workplace will be borne by the hiring company.
6. The cost of first aid will be borne by the company.
7. The company will provide two meals on working days.
8. Airfare for joining the job and return airfare after the job will be borne by the employing company, which will be periodically adjusted from the employee’s salary.
